The Fish 4 Ever range of tinned fish is sustainably fished. The Yellowfin tuna are fished one by one using pole and line rods by two local boats off Senegal. The wild Alaskan salmon is fished using a no by-catch method and meets the Marine Stewardship Council’s environmental standards for well-managed and sustainable fishery. Small community boats off the coast of Sicily sustainably fish the anchovies, which are then filleted and preserved in salt. The fish is not certified organic. The cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil is certified by BCS Oko Garantie (in accordance with EU regulations).
